Since I like my readers - especially the ones that comment - I thought I’d give you a sneak peak at the next version of Lopico. I am speculating getting out of the local reviews game - but that doesn’t mean I can’t play with the css a little before I go. And please, let me know what you think…

I’m thinking that the text “The Social Business Directory” - that font - really throws everything else off, it looks out of place and it’s the only serif font on the page. And I would get rid of containing the latest: reviews block, and make it more like a quick rundown in columns of each one - kind of like the little blocks that appear on Instructables.
Other than that, it’s a great direction for the design.

interesting… I can see what you mean with the serif font. I had that a number of different ways and really liked it as times new roman - but you’re right that it probably isn’t the best when viewed as a part of a whole.
I can also see the instructables point, but with everything else boxed in - even the logo - that might seem inconsistent. I’ll try it out and see how it looks.
